To enable the integration:
Click on Settings
Click on Add Ons
Click on the plus icon next to the "Zoetis Integration" row
Complete the form that appears by providing your Zoetis username and password
Click Enable
Once the integration is enabled, check to make sure that your Zoetis Station(s) are properly connected and online as follows:
In DaySmart Vet, click on Settings
Click on "configurations" and select "View devices"
When you enable the integration, DaySmart Vet will create Zoetis items in your Inventory.
To complete the integration, you will need to "map" your existing inventory items to Zoetis' catalog. To do this:
Navigate to the applicable laboratory item in the Inventory module (eg CBC)
Click on Merge Item
In the "merge into" field, type in the appropriate Zoetis item that is now in your inventory (eg Zoetis: HM5)
Click Merge
The name of integrated labs cannot be changed from the inventory default. After merging, you may need to edit the Base Price of the new Zoetis item that was created. To do so, click Edit Item, enter the appropriate base price, and click Save + Done. |
