Future Release: This feature is currently in Beta with a select number of customers and will be released to all users in the near future.
Overview
Our newly enhanced view features a modernized left-hand navigation designed to deliver a more intuitive and streamlined user experience. The navigation is still organized by modules as before, but now each module includes collapsible sub-sections, giving users direct access to specific areas within each module more efficiently.
Additionally, we've introduced a global search bar in the top shortcut area. This powerful feature allows users to search within modules without needing to navigate into them directly—saving time and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
In order to switch to the enhanced view, navigate to your initials on the top right of your screen, and select "Switch to Enhanced View"

How to Use the Left Hand Navigation
The modules are all the same as before, and now located on the vertical left hand navigation. To access the module directly, click the icon next to the module name. This will take you directly to the modules main page.
Each module has a sub-section below it. Simply click the module name to open the sub-section. The options in the modules sub-section are areas of that module, that can now be accessed without having to navigate to the main module page. SImply click the option you wish to navigate to.
The left hand navigation can be collapsed by clicking the box with the arrow on the top right of the left hand navigation. Once collapsed, it can be reopened by clicking the arrow.
Tip: The left hand navigation can easily be opened by moving your cursor to the left edge of the page, and it will automatically open.
Workflow Tip
Depending on the user’s role, it may be beneficial to keep certain modules expanded for quicker access. This is especially useful for roles that frequently interact with specific areas of the system. For example, a receptionist might choose to keep the Schedule, Patient, and Client modules expanded, allowing them to quickly navigate to the necessary sections without needing to expand each module or return to its main landing page.
Any module that is expanded, with it's sub-section open, will remain open when the left hand navigation is collapsed and opened again.
One of the key benefits of our enhanced navigation is the significant reduction in clicks and scrolling—making it faster and easier to get where you need to go.
For example, instead of first navigating to the Patient module dashboard and then scrolling to find and click the Labs section, you can now simply click “Labs” directly from the sub-menu under Patient in the left-hand navigation. This takes you straight to the desired page, eliminating unnecessary steps and saving valuable time throughout your day.
How to Use Global Search
The global search feature is designed to save time, and make the users workflow more efficient, which in return makes for a better client and patient experience.
The global search is found on the shortcut bar, on the top right of the system.
Once clicked, the user will immediately see their recently viewed, which will be the same as the quick jump, lighting bolt option on the shortcut bar.
On the very top, you will see the module names (excluding Reports & Settings). When a specific module is clicked, the user will now be searching that module only. This allows for very quick searching for what is needed, in that particular module without needing multiple clicks to get the information.
