Our software uses your browser's ability to open up new pages in a new tab, referred to as a "pop-up." For example, if you are printing a certificate, that certificate will pop-up in a new browser tab so that you can print it. Most browsers disable pop-ups by default to prevent dangerous websites or unwanted marketing banners from opening, which interferes with our software's ability to properly display documents for printing.

Each browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc) has different methods to disable pop-ups, but most likely you will have the option to allow pop-ups only from specific trusted sites like https://vettersoftware.com/, while still preventing pop-ups from other sites generally.

Below is an example of how to enable pop-ups in Google Chrome. More information about enabling pop-ups in other browsers can be found with a quick Internet search.

To allow pop-ups in Google Chrome:

  1. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked (the icon looks like this

    Pop-up blocked

    ).

  2. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see

  3. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [https://www.daysmartvet.com/]

  4. Click "done"
