This article covers the current keyboard shortcuts that are in the software which are intended to save time for common actions.

This shortcut will do the same function as selecting Lock Screen from your profile on the top right of the software. Locking your screen is an important aspect when you are done using your device at that time. Locking the screen prevents other users from working within your profile, and allows them to quickly access their profile on that device from the "Unlock Device" screen.

Mac - shift + fn + f12

This shortcut allows you to quickly access our help desk. When utilized, the help desk will pop up in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From there, you can quickly send a message to our support team or search our knowledge base articles from the Help option on the bottom right.
