📝 Overview

Within the patients dashboard, there is an "Images" tab, which houses all the clinic's unassigned, pending, completed, and not sent diagnostic images. You can filter, search and sort the images to easily find what you are looking for.

💡 The provider who is listed on the image's medical record, will receive a task and notification (if the "Diagnostic Images" notification is turned on) when the image results are in. The results can be clicked on and viewed directly from the task.

The Images page allows both providers and staff to access any patient's diagnostic imaging results—ideal when a provider is out or staff are managing results. Notifications can be enabled under “Diagnostic Image” in notification settings.

💡 Explore our Help Center articles below to learn more about managing notifications and tasks.

💡 Want image results to automatically generate tasks for staff subscribed to diagnostic image notifications? Head to Settings > View Configurations > Global Notification Settings and turn on the diagnostic images option.
