🧾 Sending Invoices via Pay Online (Pay Now Link)

Easily send an invoice from the Pay Online option when checking a client out, or when in the New Payment form. Additionally, you can consolidate multiple open invoices into a single Pay Online link—making it easier than ever to collect payments and boost your receivables.

You can select Pay Online from both the Checkout screen and New Payment form. This instantly sends the client their invoice(s), making it faster and easier to collect payments. Also, this allows for no extra terminals if necessary. Follow the steps below to send an online payment from checkout or a new payment:

🚨 The default option is to send the invoice via email.

  1. From the checkout screen, make sure any outstanding invoices that need to be paid are within the Due field. Any outstanding invoices will automatically populate in this field. Credits will auto-populate the Credits field as well.

  2. Select the Pay Online from the Type field dropdown

  3. Click Check Out on the bottom right, and the client will immediately receive their invoice(s) via a Pay Now link

💡 If multiple invoices are sent, it consolidates the invoices into a single Pay Now link.

Sunbit Integration Implications (Buy Now, Pay Later)

If you're using the Sunbit integration, the Pay Now link will include an option for clients to pay through Sunbit. This allows multiple open invoices to be combined into a single loan, simplifying the payment process for both the clinic and the client.

To make things even more efficient, consider including Sunbit pre-qualification links in client communications—like reminders and confirmations—so clients can get pre-qualified before their appointment.
