To lock a medical note manually:
Navigate to the applicable medical note
Click on "lock note" in the navigation bar
Confirm your intent to lock the note
To lock a medical note automatically:
Click on Settings
Click on the edit icon for the "Lock Medical Notes" line under "configurations"
Select the option to automatically lock medical notes
Specify the number of days after which the medical note should be locked
Save your changes
To add an addendum to a locked medical note:
Navigate to the applicable medical note
Click on "medical note" and select the option to add an addendum
Complete the form that appears
