Bivvy is a new breed of pet insurance that is simple and affordable. Bivvy offers simple and transparent coverage for all cats and dogs regardless of age, size or breed. As part of our partnership, we offer an integration between our software and Bivvy's claim management system, which enables Bivvy to find their insured pets’ medical records without needing to contact your practice for help.
To enable the Bivvy integration:
Click on Settings
Click on "add ons"
Click on the plus icon for the Bivvy line item
When the integration is enabled, an email will be sent to Bivvy with contact information for your practice. A member of Bivvy's team will contact your practice to complete the setup process. Once the setup process is complete, Bivvy will be able to access patient histories, client profiles, and billing information. This information will be used to assess claims.
