Overview

VetTalk is a practice management add-on technology that allows hospitals to automatically send educational videos and documents to help prepare and educate clients before or after appointments. VetTalk works by automatically selecting the video content based on patient data from the clinic's practice management software, ensuring each pet's ECP is filled with relevant patient-specific information and saving the veterinary staff a lot of time and increasing their ROI.

How to Enable VetTalk

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click the "Integrations" tab

  3. Scroll down to the "VetTalk Integration" (alphabetically ordered) and click the green + to the right

  4. Once you have reviewed the form that appears, click "Yes", which will alert VetTalk that you are interested, and a member of their team will contact you to activate the integration

By selecting "Yes" to enable VetTalk, you are acknowledging that your clinic API key will be shared with VetTalk.
