VetTalk is a practice management add-on technology that allows hospitals to automatically send educational videos and documents to help prepare and educate clients before or after appointments. VetTalk works by automatically selecting the video content based on patient data from the clinic's practice management software, ensuring each pet's ECP is filled with relevant patient-specific information and saving the veterinary staff a lot of time and increasing their ROI.

✅ How to Enable VetTalk
Click Settings and select the Integrations option
Search for VetTalk within the search bar on the top right of the list
Click the ➕ button on the right and once you have reviewed the form that appears, click Yes, which will alert VetTalk that you are interested, and a member of their team will contact you to activate the integration
⚠️ By selecting Yes to enable VetTalk, you are acknowledging that your clinic API key will be shared with VetTalk.
