To enable the integration:
Click on Settings
Click on "add ons"
Click on the plus icon for the HomeAgain row
Once enabled, HomeAgain will reach out to complete the on-boarding process.
When that process is completed, microchip registrations will start automatically.
Once the integration is completed by the HomeAgain team, any time a chip number is entered on a patient’s medical record, it will automatically be registered with HomeAgain and they will send a monthly invoice to the clinic.
Microchips are batched during entry of microchip number, all registered overnight if no microchip number matches in the HomeAgain database
Microchips are registered to the client account with the email on file in DaySmart Vet.
HomeAgain sends a daily email to summarize which microchips were enrolled.
There is no visual confirmation of HomeAgain registration during the record creation or check-out process.
