BCC Forwarding allows you to automatically copy emails into a client's or contact's communication log. A unique, clinic-specific email address is generated for your practice β when this address is included in the BCC field (or To field) of an outgoing message, the email is matched to the appropriate client or contact record based on the recipient's email address.

π₯οΈ How To Use BCC Forwarding
Locate your clinic-specific BCC forwarding email address under Settings > Configurations > View Configurations
Search for BCC Forwarding in the search bar on the top right of the list
Save this address as a contact for easy access β you won't need to look it up each time
When responding to a client's email and you want it logged, include the BCC forwarding address in the BCC field before sending
If you want to store a message without sending a reply, place the BCC forwarding address in the To field instead
π‘ The message will be copied into the client's or contact's communication log based on the recipient's email address. If no matching email address is found, the message will be ignored.

Will attachments be copied too?
Yes. Attachments are copied along with the message and will appear under the Attachments column in the client's or contact's communication log. Click any attachment to view it in the browser.
Where do I find my BCC forwarding email address?
Your clinic-specific BCC forwarding email address can be found under Settings > Configuration > BCC Forwarding. It is recommended to save this address as a contact so it is readily available whenever you need it.
