There are occasions when a customer may create a patient or client in error that need to be deleted.
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to delete a patient or client:
1. Navigate to the client/patient profile
2. Click on the delete patient/delete client option available on the top gray bar.
3. If your clinic has record sharing across locations, you can choose to delete it just from this location or all locations.
4. To complete the deletion, you must type "permanently delete" to permanently to remove the patient/client:

Note: Once deleted, the deleted patient/ client's information cannot be recovered. Please be absolutely sure you are deleting the correct profiles. There is a 250.00/hr fee for any deleted profile reinstatement requests made to tech support. |
