To merge one patient's profile into another:
Navigate to the profile of the patient that is to be merged
Click on "merge patient"
Select the patient into whose profile the current patient should be merged
Select whether to keep the merged patient's reminders after that patient is merged
Click "merge"
Once merged, the merged patient's information cannot be recovered. Please be absolutely sure you are merging the correct profiles. There is a 250.00/hr fee for any unmerge requests made to the tech support. |
