Uploading Practice Logo and Setting Up Practice Contact Information

Your logo and practice information are used as a header on all exported documents. This article will teach you how to upload that information.

Overview

The steps in this article are very important first steps for setting up your account. Please make sure to follow each step and update the correct information.

Uploading Logo

  1. Click on “Settings”

  2. Click on “Upload Logo”

  3. Navigate to the location of your logo on your desktop and select the logo file

  4. Click “Save”

Updating Contact Information

  1. Click on “Settings”

  2. Click on “Edit Profile”

  3. Edit your contact information as needed

  4. Click on “Save Changes”

Updating Address

  1. Click on “Settings”

  2. Click on “Configuration” and select “new address”

  4. Complete the form that appears

  5. Click “Save”

We use Google Maps to automatically complete your address. Select your address from the options that appear, and the rest of your address will automatically be filled in for you.

The business name, address, phone number, email and website will automatically applied as a header on the top right of a exported document. Your business log will automatically be applied to the top right side of any exported documents.
