Overview
Bundle templates allow for quick medical record creation by adding multiple items at once. Once the bundle template is created, you can pick and choose what you want from the bundle, and have all those items added to an invoice.
How to create a Bundle (Invoice)

Bundle invoices are used for adding bundled items directly to an invoice.
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Templates" and select "New Template"
Complete the form that appears - be sure to select "Bundle" as the type
Click "Save" - you will be redirected to a new bundle page
To add items to your bundle:
Click on "Items" and select the option "New Item" to add an item
Complete the form that appears, including by selecting the following:
Item - Select the inventory item you wish to include in the bundle
Quantity - Set the default quantity of the selected item that will be used when the bundle is selected
Price - When used in a bundle, the price of the item can default to the same price that applies when the item is sold on its own, or it can be set as a custom price
Print on Invoice - This determines whether the item will appear on invoices that are printed or emailed to clients. If this option is selected to "No", the item will not be charged for but it will be deducted
Actions - An items actions will be inherited by the bundle (additional actions can also be created for the bundle under the "Actions" tab)
3. Click "Save + Done" to save the item and close the form, or "Save + Add New" to save the item and add another item

Click "Save + Done" to save the action and close the form, or "Save + Add New" to save the action and add another action
Certain actions (such as printing certificates) are not available in bundles because the information required to generate the certificate (such as tag numbers) is not set until after the records are created.
How to create a Bundle (Estimate)

Click on "Settings"
Click on "Templates" and select "New Template"
Complete the form that appears - be sure to select "Bundle" as the type. It is recommended to put "Estimate" in the name so it is easily distinguishable from a bundle (invoice)
Click "Save" - you will be redirected to a new bundle page
To add items to your bundle:
Click on "Items" and select the option "New Item" to add an item
Complete the form that appears, including by selecting the following:
Item - Select the inventory item you wish to include in the bundle
Quantity - Set the default quantity of the selected item that will be used when the bundle is selected. This field allows for a low and high range if needed.
Price - When used in a bundle, the price of the item can default to the same price that applies when the item is sold on its own, or it can be set as a custom price
Print on Invoice - This determines whether the item will appear on invoices that are printed or emailed to clients. If this option is selected to "No", the item will not be charged for but it will be deducted

Within an inventory item, you can view if the item is applied to a bundle (invoice) or bundle (estimate). Also, you can add the item to a bundle (invoice) or bundle estimate. To check if the item is in a bundle, select Bundles > View Bundles. To add the item to a bundle, select Bundle > Add To Bundle

Editing:
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Templates" and select "View Bundles"
Click "Edit" on the far right of the applicable bundle
Make the desired edits within the bundle
Deleting:
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Templates" and select "View Bundles"
Click "Delete" on the far right of the applicable bundle
Confirm your intent to delete by typing "delete" in the form that appears.
Duplicate:
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Templates" and select "View Bundles"
Click "Delete" on the far right of the applicable bundle
Name the new bundle and select "Save"
