When you have integrated payments through DaySmart Payments, you can view the transaction ID for any posted payment or refund in various places in the application. This will give you assurance that the transaction is completed and provide you with a reference if any follow up is necessary.
To aid in reconciliation, if you want further detail you can also click the ID link which will open the transaction directly in the payments portal. Please note, to view the detail, you must be logged into your payments portal.

* Billing Module > Payments tab
* Client Profile > Billing tab > View Payments
* Invoice > Payments tab
Refunds may be viewed from the:
* Billing Module > Refunds tab
* Client Profile > Billing tab > View Refunds
