For the labs, the task automatically gets assigned to the doctor that ordered it.

If it is unassigned, then the task will go to the oldest existing admin account on file by default

For the unassigned, the clinic can reassign those to a different admin if they don't want to get all of the unassigned lab tasks (our technical support team can help with that request)
