How to Set Practice Hours

  1. Click on "Settings"

  2. Click on "Configurations" and select "View Clinic Hours"

  3. Set the hours as applicable

  4. Click "Save"

How to Restrict (or permit) Staff Member's Access After-Hours

  1. Click on "Settings"

  2. Click on "Staff"

  3. Click "Edit" next to the applicable staff member's name

  4. Click on "Edit Profile" on the top right

  5. Change the "After-Hours" field as desired. Cannot log in after hours means the staff member has 15 minutes before the clinic opens, and 15 minutes after the clinic closes to be logged in. This is based on the clinic hours configuration.

  6. Click "Save" on the top right


How to Configure the IP Address Login Restriction Configuration

Enabling the extension allows you to specify which IP addresses have access to sign in to your staff accounts. An IP address is a unique numerical code assigned to every internet connection. We recommend that you set up IP restrictions if you'd like your staff to be able to sign into your site ONLY when they are in your vet clinic. Follow the steps below to enable and configure this feature.

  1. Click on "Settings" and scroll down to the "IP Address Login Restriction" Configuration

  2. Click the edit option on the right of the configuration

  3. Enter in the roles that are restricted to the clinic IP address by clicking in the "Restricted roles" field and making the role selection

  4. Enter in the IP address that the roles are restricted to, in the "Allow from" field and click "Save"
