The Greenline integration enables transactional coupon generation for eligible clinics. Manufacturers handle coupons in different ways—including instant rebates, mail-out rebates, cumulative offers, and free doses—and Greenline will train and configure all applicable offers for your clinic.

✅ Enabling the Integration
⚠️ Your clinic must be eligible and registered through your manufacturer representative before setup can begin. If you haven't registered, contact Greenline at 866-608-9038 or [email protected].
To enable the Greenline integration:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Search for the Greenline integration and click the green ➕ button on the far right
Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up. The add-on is now enabled, and Greenline will be notified to contact you to complete setup

✏️ Working with Rebates
To ensure rebates apply correctly:
The category of the rebate item must match the category of the corresponding inventory item. Learn More about managing inventory categories
