📝 Overview
The disable reminder action allows for a certain patient's reminder to be disabled when another inventory item is used.
🧠 Why would I setup a disable Reminder?
Set a disable reminder action on the Distemper + Lepto 3-Year inventory item to automatically disable the Lepto 1-Year reminder when administered. This ensures the Lepto vaccine reminder is disable on the year the combo is administered.
Set a disable reminder for regular heartworm test when a 4DX test is performed.
🛑 How to Create a Disable Reminder
Navigate to the Inventory module
Navigate to the inventory item that needs a disable reminder
Click on the Actions tab, New Action
Select Disable Reminder from the list of actions
Search the item(s) that you want the reminders disabled for
Click Save + Done
💡 Now, when the item that has a disable reminder on it is used for a patient, it will search and disable any active reminders that are listed under the Disable For field of the action.
