If you need to do a refund not associated with a return, it will have to be done in CardPointe. Follow the steps below to do so.
â How to do a refund in Cardpointe
Have an admin login to Cardpointe.com
Go to Reporting
Find the transaction that will be partially refunded, then click on the transaction number
Click on Refund, then type in the refund amount to be refunded, then click refund
đĄYou can also do a partial refund the same way but putting the partial refund amount in step 4 and at a later time, you can come back and refund more, up to the total amount that was originally charged, but not over it.
