Updating the Credit Card on File for Your Subscription

If you have recently signed up, have received an email that the credit card on file for your account has been declined, or if you have a new business card you would like to have linked to your DaySmart Vet account, you will need to add or update your Payment Method.

​If you recently signed up or your account has been locked with the paywall

  1. Select and verify the number of users for your subscription

  2. Complete the form that is shown

  3. Your card will automatically be set as the primary payment method on your account

  4. Click Get Started!


If you wish to update an existing card

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on "subscriptions" and select "View Payment Methods"

  3. Find the card you wish to update

  4. Click the gear icon at the far right and select Edit Payment Method

  5. Complete the form that appears - please ensure the card is set as primary

  6. Click "save"


If you wish to add a new card

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on "subscriptions" and select "new payment method"

  3. Complete the form that appears - please set the new card as primary

  4. Click "save"
