📝 Overview
If you need to update your subscription—such as adding additional users—you can do so from the Subscriptions tab in your Settings. This article will walk you through the steps to manage your subscription. It will also explain how to update the credit card on file, which is used for your subscription payments.
💡If you’ve recently signed up, received a notice that your card was declined, or need to add a new business card, follow the steps below to update your payment method.
💳 How to Add or Delete a Payment Method
A new credit card can easily be added to your account for processing of your subscription payment. Start in the Settings and follow the steps below.
Click on the Subscriptions tab
Click Add New on the top right, fill out the New Payment Card form and select Save
💡 The card marked as Primary will be used for your subscription billing. You can have multiple cards on file, but only the Primary card will be charged. If you need to use a different card for your subscription, click Make Primary next to that card in your list of payment methods.
Deleting a Payment Method
Once a new card has been updated and set as the primary, you will be able to select Delete next to the card within the payment method list.
⚠️ There must be two payment methods on file for a card to be deleted. If there is only one card, you will need to add the new one first, and then delete the previous primary card.
