To print postcard reminders:
Click on "Reports"
Click on "communications"
Click on "Reminders Detail"
Click on "filter" to display the reminders you want to print (you can print postcards for any reminder type)
Uncheck the box next to any reminder you wish to exclude
Click on "actions" and select "print reminder cards for selected"
The postcards will be generated in PDF format in a new browser tab
Print the postcards
Reminders for the same client will be automatically grouped into a single postcard. |
