Learn how to access and navigate our e-learning platform.

Overview

Access our e-learning courses directly from your account to learn how to set up, use, and enhance your knowledge of our system. These self-guided courses allow you to start and stop at any time, so you can learn at your own pace. Currently, we offer the following courses:

  • Admin Training

  • Inventory

  • Workflow

  • Boarding

  • Treatment Board

  • Report Highlights

  • Online Booking

  • Wellness Plans


How to Access E-Learning

Quickly access our e-learning platform from the question mark in the shortcut bar. E-Learning is a single sign on (SSO), which will automatically sign you into your e-learning account once the "E-Learning" button is selected.


Navigating E-Learning

Once in the academy, you will have 3 tabs to choose from:

  • All Courses

  • My Trainings

  • Essential Courses

All Courses

This tab will contain all the courses that are currently available. Each course will have a description of what is included in the course.

My Trainings

This tab contains any courses that you have started and completed. Each course will display a status of how far along you are, or if it is completed. To resume any course that has been started, this is the folder to utilize. The course(s) will pick up where you left off.

Essential Courses

This tab contains the Admin, Inventory and Workflow courses. These three courses are considered the "Essential" courses in order to properly use DaySmart Vet.

Once an essential course is completed, the user will receive a "Certificate of Completion", which will be emailed to them.


Starting and Completing a Course

Simply click on the desired course to get started. The course outline can be seen from the main course page, which will show every task within the course.

To start, select the green "Start" button to the right of the course name.

Next, select the green "Get Started" button on the top of the page.

Every course will start with an introduction. Please read through the introductions for course highlights and callouts, which contain important information about the course.

At the end of each course, you’ll be prompted to complete a survey. The survey includes four required multiple-choice questions and three optional open-ended questions. To complete the course, all required questions must be answered and submitted. Your feedback helps us continually improve our courses to enhance the user experience.


Support Options

Our help center widget is accessible directly through the e-learning academy. It is found on the bottom right of the screen.

Once clicked, it will open up our help center. You can utilize the following options to get support:

  • Send us a message: This allows you to send a chat to our support team

  • Search for help: Search our help center articles

  • Support Options: Learn about the three ways to get in touch with a support agent: Chat, Email or Phone

If you are a customer currently going through a data migration, please reach out to your assigned onboarding specialist. All other customers, please reach out to our support team.
